Update: Live Delay & Test Server Changes [Sept-14th]
We've received a lot of overwhelming support and feedback from the community with our test server. We've been working all week on the changes, and testing and have decided that we cannot confidently release it at the scheduled time. We were naive to think that we could do testing and fixes in only 5 days. That was our mistake, underestimating the communities dedication to Lineage. We apologize for the delay, but hope everyone will see it was in the best interest of ensuring we have a smooth and succesful launch. We don't want to make any major changes after live that would hurt someones decision to play one class over another, and frustrate them. The delay will not be weeks, and we will update the ETA very soon. Thank you to everyone for their continued support with this fun project, we are even more confident this will be among the best and longest last servers.
The following changes have been pushed to the test server:
- Fixed Thunder Grab not releasing mobs
- Enabled buff stacking of haste pots
- Enabled buff stacking of all brave pots
- Enabled buff stacking of wisdom pots
- Increased buff duration of bloodlust and made it stackable
- Fixed DK Awakening buffs stacking repeatedly (Only 1 should be active)
- Fixed buff duration for DK Awaken spells to be 600s
- Disabled lineage cards dropping event
- Fixed illusionist spell names (Patience & Eyes Breaker)
- All classes spellbooks/crystals/tablets are now stackable
- Updated difficulty of Grim Reaper
- Updated difficulty of Lich
- Updated difficulty of KV
- Updated difficulty of Cougar
- Added damage scaling for multiple Destroy attacks at the same time
- Set CounterBarrier proc rate to 20%
- Set ArmorBreak proc rate at 35%
- Fixed a bug causing crashes when in PVP
- Reduced the success rate of mage spells to work within normal expectations of the targets MR
- Addded in a fix for Direction Errors / some crashes
- Removed static calculations from Thunder Grab to make it land anywhere between 1-4 seconds instead of just 1,2,3 or 4.
- Removed old hardcoded decrease of probability for Thunder Grab (was reducing 1-20 % on random every roll..)
- Set ThunderGrab success rate equivalent of Shock Stun
- Increased damage output of Illusionist Smash (scales with SP)
