PI , GTZ parts of TOI are blacked out and i cant move on PI or GTZ. I re dl the client to see event npc and this happened. Any info will help thx

a Higher Proc rate  would be nice , its only used for grinding out xp anyways. Nobody pvps with it, well i  hope they dont.

i figured it out 

I have the same issue. I do understand how to create a new account, and have tried that several times. It says username and email(s) already exist. Stiull cant log in though, it says wrong info.

It says wrong info when I try to log in, on both accounts.
