Mop colors were removed from this client by NCSoft reportedly. We are working on finding a way to make it happen, but lower priority.

It's basically a rested Exp buff. If you are offline, or AFK in town for 48 hours, it will regen up to 200% EXP bonus. As you gain experience, it's depleted. 

There will be an anti-coi gank measure added to the next update. Nothing game changing, but will help players avoid getting ganked constantly, while not removing it entirely from the game.

No, the rate drops to 6x Level 65, then 3x until 72 .. at which point it halves every level thereafter. This makes 72 the 'soft cap' with level 75 within reach for the new poly... but after that it's really slow.

That file is included in the Lineage Justice download. You're just missing files. I would recommend redownloading the full installer, and extracting it. That's all your issue is.
